A Benefit Dependency Network for Shadow Information Technology Adoption, Based on Practitioners’ Viewpoints

Shadow information technology (SIT) revolves around systems that are hidden but still managed by the same business entities. It consists of use devices, software, and applications without (IT) department’s approval. Employees IT knowledge department, it creates a gap in communications, as department loses reality within company. However, there benefits involved.
